That Last One Was So Good

Seriously, that last post was gold. Lightning in a bottle. Tried, True, and Tested. The three T's.

In today's society your best thoughts get covered up by your latest thoughts. Facebook ain't what it used to be. And it ain't early 2000's Myspace. Not Live Journal or Xanga. Hahahahaha! How many of you Gen Xers, Gen Z's, and Millennials just had a flash back? Or more accurately PTSD due to all the cringe status updates and blog posts?

It's ok, I'm right there with you. I had all three! And I used them. Before phones were hand held computers we loved that stuff! The late 90's and early 2000's might actually be the pinnacle of human society. Don't believe me? Watch "The Matrix" films.

That's a little too on the nose for some of you. You still think God's going to let machines take over society. Look, if that was going to happen it would've already happened. If we're in a simulation then we've been in one since the beginning of time. That's the kind of stuff you think when you don't believe in a Creator, or have a creed to live by. Everyone else thinks it's just a crazy futuristic story. But there's some really good analogy in there.

So while you sit and think "Are the robot overlords just simulating all this" I'm thinking "Wait, God wouldn't let that happen, it's too simple, no balance". If God wanted the world to end with AI or robot overlords I wouldn't be able to think about God, or understand what God was. Feel that you Matrix sympathizers. Hahahahaha! Has that sentence ever been said?

But what has happened with technology in society is our words don't last forever like we thought they would. Sure, someone can use it against you some day. But no one's going to notice it when you wanted them too. Or maybe you have 5k friends and saying "I performed a menial task today" will get you at least 50 likes.

Not me, I can't even get like on a single post. People don't care about intelligence, integrity, and honesty like they used to. Those qualities used to make girls think about premarital sex with you. Hahahahaha! This post really is a funny one. But not even 1/100th as important as the last one in the grand scheme of things.

I love you! God bless you!

Laugh a little, then go read the last one.
