That's a ridiculous amount of variables to be honest. No, we aren't talking about anyone's manhood when we ask this question. Though confidence would be the answer to that question. And I mean that in every way possible right now.
It's extremely important to be confident in the right set of principles. Trust me. That's when the fun begins. It's the best secret I can share with you. If you're on the fence about who's in charge. I say God. You might call Him or think of Him however your heart allows. I don't want to question that at this time. I just want you to listen.
Being hard means doing what you can, confidently, and humbly stepping away. It means knowing when to speak and when to shut up. A lot of people forget one or the other. That one IS a balance. So balance it out and just try to be nice about it as you go. Being hard means being authentic to yourself.
Do the thing that everyone says you can't or won't. But step back and get help when it counts. You have a vision true to yourself and God loves your creativity. He just wants you to love Him too for allowing it to happen. It wasn't an accident that you landed where you did. Yes, this is a faith based blog. But you may take and leave what you please. It is never important for people to see what you see. But, it's pretty important to show them what you see. If you're authentic, and you have a vision.
